alright, how are you going to avoid getting grainy footage like from your most recent video

my most recent video was recorded by my friend on windows 7 and some intel Atom CPU with Some sort of graphics card
trust me im not Entirely Sure how i did it again.
Also it was a network Play and that wasnt Entirely Good connection (on either end)
