First Youtube Video - Need help on thumbnail, this is how it looks right now

Hey NewTubers, this is the current thumbnail that I have uploaded. It is a video about how Electrical vehicle (EV) incentives and tax breaks (and more) have an effect on the growing debt ceiling in the US. Not sure what to put on the text there in the middle. Currently have "Hidden Consequences" written but it just doesnt seem captivating enough

This is the title that I have planned so far for the video:

And yes, the thumbnail is a screenshot

How Electric Vehicle Incentives Will DESTROY the Economy

For the thumbnail your video is about electrical Vehicle Incentives, not politics, so you want the thumbnail and title to align with what the viewer is expecting.

I recommend ditching the politicians and using an image of an EV, or several, and maybe have the paper burning with the text "Our Future" in there.

But at the very least I recommend using a picture of an EV.

Also as a general rule of thumb, you probably want the thumbnail and title to complement each other not repeat the message. So if you go with any of those titles keep that in mind.

Hey @rain pecan I appreciate the feedback especially with the titles, I really like "How Electric Vehicle Incentives Will DESTROY the Economy"

also in regards to the politician one, its because they are issues caused by government incentives and currently effecting the debt ceiling which politicians right now are basically fighting about atm in the US. But I do appreciate your feedback, I'm changing the title to the one you suggested

Right, but you want it to reflect the title IMO and that link isn't immediately clear.

You could also use an EV and put a red x on it or something like that

What I started doing is looking up the subject I'm doing the video on (IE electric vehicle incentives) and seeing what other people are doing. But yours is more political/financial so you may wanna look into those types of channels and see what they do.
