I have a couple of suggestions but I'm new myself so take it with a grain of salt. I feel like the pacing is a little slow. There are some parts where you're not saying anything and nothing is really happening (part where you're on the boat and going towards the island). I would get rid of 1:36-1:39, you cut in the middle of a sentence and I feel like you don't need the fading transitions. I would also get rid of the fast-forwarding where you're collecting materials since it doesn't bring much. I like the part where you're building the house though, that's super cool but I would put some background music. I would also get a better mic if I were you, your voice is a little muffled and I would also recommend trying to record your videos in 1080p or at least 720p. Once again, these are just recommendations but honestly you're doing great. I hope this helps!

I watched about a minute of it. Your audio is kinda messed up. Do you use headphones or do you just have your audio play outloud? If it’s playing out loud then there’s a chance it’s looping back and that’s why your audio sounds kinda crunchy. (I don’t know a lot about mics and sounds I just had that problem when I first started) It could also be because of your environment so if you were recording in a big room with not a-lot of furniture it could echo.

Also what type of mic do you use if you don’t mind me asking?

Your voice is messed up, it has this weird reverb effect also cut out all voice fillers. I'd also try more of a hook for the intro.
