I'm planning to record the Super Mario Bros. 3 playthrough series and created this overlay for it. What do you guys think? I am also going to use this if I ever going to stream SMB3.

Oh that is cute~ It looks good to me. Maybe some slightly transparent texture on the yellow background somewhere at most, but that's just if I had to say sumthin. Or very slightly thicker blue borders to pop out against the yellow more.

Also I think the alternative to photoshop is photopea unless I misremember the name. Similar UI as Photoshop but free and browser based methinks

I am a Linux user and I have been using gimp for years. I don't see any advantage to using photoshop. 😬

Gimp is very nice for sure, but once you start using photoshop it's hard to go back 😅
