Why does the waiter have no body?

I can tell there is something very small being served up but I have no idea what it is, dont really know how to explain it in words so here is an example of what you might want to do to show what is being served.

which software did you see to make the magnifying effect?

I use GIMP, just manually did a circle selection around the character, copied it, pasted in a new layer, and then scaled it up. I can do a quick video of how to do it if you want me to
