id say ratio of chai to syrup is dependant on which flavor you want to come out more. less cinnamon dolce is more brown sugar and vice versa

and in general i dont do a ratio 1:1 on chai and syrup

Really depends on the season and my mood but I got a matcha green tea latte for the first time today, vv good! I also enjoy getting caramel macchiatos, strawberry acai freshers and Salted Caramel mochas in the winter!

I wouldn’t say difficult per say, but there are some customers who are so picky it gets annoying. We get a regular who wants iced matcha made with NO water or ICE, which is impossible to mix the matcha with cold milk or it gets really clumpy, so we really have to cater to it when it could be made within 30 seconds, turns into 3 minutes of mixing
