I am not sure how their spawn works but while I was level 8 in every stat and I had no additional hearts and just an iron armor a level 40 vapula spawned from a gold ore at the bottom of a village’s well, under the well there was a 10x10 blocks dungeon with like 12 spawners and no chests, maybe the vapula spawned because of the mobcap? (I had only seen level 3 mobs, never seen mobs strongher)
