II) Viking Range min/max damage: increased 25.1% / 30.1%
III) Ancestors HP: increased 28.6%
IV) Bear form regeneration improved to scale better with card level

Literally nobody uses Ingvar. The moment everyone has a chance, they'll either use Raelyn or Hacksaw.
It is very small minority that this change is going to affect.
- MAGNUS :
I) Arcane Storm cooldown: 17 → 21
🌟 Effects : 🔄 CONTROVERSIAL CHANGE
By percentage, the Cooldown addition is 24%, meaning the Total Damage of the Arcane Storm ability through a match (8 mins average) is reduced from : 28 uses → 23 uses.
The reason why I am calling it controversial, is because now the Cooldown of Arcane Storm better aligns with Polymorph, which a lot of players use this ability with.
- CURSED VINES :
I) DoT min/max: increased 5.9% / 15.8%
🌟 Effects : 🆗 MID CHANGE
The usage rate of Cursed Vines dropped when it lost its Slow rate.
If it has to be useful, it needs a significant damage buff. Small buffs won't do nothing.
- MUSKETEERS :
I) Sniper Shots min/max damage: increased 11.1% / 25.0%
II) Sniper Shots instakill chance: 4% → 2% at level 1, no longer scales with card level
III) Shrapnel Shots damage area: 95 → 65
🌟 Effects : 🔄 CONTROVERSIAL CHANGE
Community's complaints for Musketeer Garrison only revolved around the problem of Instakill.
Now that the instakill is nerfed, the damaged is buffed hilariously.
Who needs instakill when you 2-tap your enemy. It has become even easier to take down Rocket Gunners and Heroes than it was before.
Shrapnel Shot Nerf was a thing nobody asked for and nobody wanted.
It was the only thing keeping Musketeer Garrison in use and competent to P2W whales.
It is a humble request to please revert it back Ironhide Games Studio.
If you still want to nerf it, make it 95 → 80 instead of 95 → 65.
