I have recently installed the game and have been playing pretty regularly(1100 trophies). One thing I don’t understand though is why in events I get matched against someone 2k+ trophies ahead of me with all legendary and epic cards that I can’t compete with. Even though there is a max level of 5 the cards are no where near balanced enough that a full deck of commons/rares would ever be able to compete at any base level against any amount of legendaries and epics. It doesn’t make sense to me why I can unlock certain events so early just to get wiped in 3 waves every time I load into one.

Currently, the only option is to keep playing until you get stronger cards.

Either a way to make lower rarity cards more competitive or have a max trophy difference in event matchmaking

For onslaught*
No point in playing onslaught without Magnus and necromancer if you’re just starting out, you will lose your tickets. Better to save them because they are valuable. Having a lot stocked up definitely will be nice when the time comes.

That’s kind of the point I was making here though. Why would I be able to unlock an event if I shouldn’t bother playing it until I unlock certain cards
