Please make a non Dragon legendary, Ten'Shi would be a good fit for a legendary, he was the best hero in his game, and not only that he's strong roll wise, he fits perfectly

Ten’Shi will eventually appear in KRB, but I can’t promise he’ll be Legendary. We do have some characters planned as Legendary that aren’t dragons, but looking at the older games, a large part of the Legendary characters will likely be dragons.

I'd argue that he should, partially so that Denas isn't lonely as the sole KR1 Legendary, and that Tenshi's both super unique and represents the ten-year anniversary.

I put Wilbur in Legendary as he has incredible damage and can work as a hero that can pressure enemies from afar and harass your opponent's troops.
