On Hit: causes Bleed for X seconds
Bleeding victims fill 'Productivity Meter'
'Productivity Meter' is used to increase construction speed & repair rate
-X construction speed & repair rate without any 'Productivity'

Additional Notes:
'Productivity Meter' drains itself overtime
My take on making a more interesting combination of the Southern Hospitality & the Jag; Giving the engineer a way to have a faster playstyle without creating a wrench unlock that would just outshine the stock while also having a way to fight back against the spy.

literally only engineer sidegrade weapon is the coil gun, the most futuristic looking weapon in the game
