i dont know what this is called but its something to do with spectator, and i hate it, because it disallows you from modding animations for viewmodels, like making them longer or adding more variation, there must be a better way of doing this, maybe using activities instead?

ok so like when you lag in tf2, your viewmodel also lags even tho it shouldnt, and thats because like the server keeps track of what viewmodel animation frame it should be, and thats not cool because mods cant change v_model animations to be longer because that would be cut off in servers, or adding new animations for randomness or smth would just make those animations now work in servers

I've seen the lag that you're talking about but you make it sound like a animation issue when it's a net code issue
