Description: Say goodbye to your jaws
Attributes:
⚪ RMB Ability: Charge in any direction (even sky) for 1 second. Impact with environment or enemies creates explosion that does not damage the wearer. The enemy gets knocked away from the impact (same way they would get knockbacked by Force of Nature)
Cooldown for 10 seconds
🔵 Equips and unequips 25% faster
🔴 -50% normal attack speed
🔴 -35% normal attack damage
🔴 No random crits

Edit: removed health penalty

Gameplay point:

Improves heavy's movement at cost of the melee weapon being useless for the usual hand to hand combat
Allows heavy to get himself to the higher places normally only soldier/demoman/engineer with jump-pad would have access to
Repurposes fat scout play style. Knockouters turn it from a joke to a viable strat since it's faster to pull out a shotgun than minigun after charging towards enemies

I intend it to be shorter in range than demo's shield charge. But of course there still gotta be downsides to such ability

Make the recharge speed 12-15 seconds instead of 10?

Making heavy worse in melee isn't really much of a downside in my experience.

The minigun shreds anything at close range, and the AA doesn't do terribly

imo if heavy gets a movement tool it should be a secondary as his playstyle is heavily reliant (pun intended) on his secondary

like how the buffalo steak sandvich gives a movespeed buff but removes the healing of the normal sandvich

Lead developer said to me that the channel is purely for fun and they won't likely consider anything suggested here as they already have years of saved suggestions and concepts though

You are correct, that the chance of a single weapon being added from here is pretty much 0 but they will most likely use all this feedback from people to see what they DO want to add
