Some things that I've noticed that are absent or broken from the old TF2C that really need to come back:

Jump pads being broken by func_nobuild. If an Engy is standing inside a nobuild brush, he won't be able to build a jump pad, regardless of what keyvalues are set. Pls fix

Item_teamflag no longer has the ability to restrict itself to a particular class, ie Civilian only. Some VIP maps need this to function correctly

Not an issue with pre-Steam but still please consider: having some kind of icon or indicator that a trigger_catapult exists. In live TF2 these are just denoted by the yellow arrow sign, but there is apparently zero crossover communication with TF2C players. I added some catapults and arrows in my maps, and TF2C playtesters had no idea what I was talking about when explaining their existence
