#Airblast focused pyro primary

Airblast is a core mechanic for pyro, and is very powerful. So powerful, in fact, that every single unlockable pyro primary in base tf2 nerfs it in some way. I thought i would make an attempt at making a primary that instead focuses on making reflecting projectiles more rewarding, at the cost of making it more risky.

Feel free to suggest alternative upsides or downsides, number tweaks and so on, the feedback is much appreciated!

It has a problem similar to the Manmelter. The usefulness of your weapon depends on the presence of a specific class on the enemy team.

In my defense the two specific enemy classes are the two most popular

I tweaked it a bit after suggestions from a friend

But i do agree that there should be another upside that isn't dependant on the enemy team composition

Added longer reach on the flames to be better able to fight soldier using shotguns, and to bait out rockets

Yikes full crits is WAY too punishing

Especially considering the rpg is basically a free reflect

#

At that point an rpg soldier does more hurt than help to his team
