#Accurate weapon animations

This is a suggestion that would change animations to fit the reload time, this would not change anything balance wise.
For example, when when engi loads a shell into the shotgun, the animation is slowed so that the moment the shell is inserted, the shell is firable,
If demoman loads a pipe into his pipe launcher the animation would be slowed so that it would fit the amount of time it takes for the lil ui number on ammo going up, so that the pipe is able to be fired as soon as it is placed into the grenade launcher. (No this would not change anything, the animation being slower to fit a counter going up should not negatively impact the game)
This is NOT a suggestion to change the counter speeds for reloads, just animation speeds.

i swear the cyclops reload animation used to correlate to when you could fire it again and it keeps fucking me up because like 80% of the time i throw dynamite or place mines and i apparently don't have the cyclops loaded

My understanding is that a lot of this comes from Live's reload implementation being janky. It's definitely something we're aware of with the port

If you have built up muscle memory for the timings of the reloads then nothing would change here.

The rejuvinator is especially the worst, medic reloads the rejuv, on the second crank you would assume the weapon to be reloaded, like how the scattergun is cranked and reloaded
And how the sticky bomb launcher is cranked to be reloaded, and the animations just seem to go too fast for the counter, the chachter reloads the gun but the gun is not loaded.
Its not that noticble, its like 0.4 seconds diffrence in animation and counter going up, but for things like weapon switching breeeeh
