This is a suggestion that would change animations to fit the reload time, this would not change anything balance wise.
For example, when when engi loads a shell into the shotgun, the animation is slowed so that the moment the shell is inserted, the shell is firable,
If demoman loads a pipe into his pipe launcher the animation would be slowed so that it would fit the amount of time it takes for the lil ui number on ammo going up, so that the pipe is able to be fired as soon as it is placed into the grenade launcher. (No this would not change anything, the animation being slower to fit a counter going up should not negatively impact the game)
This is NOT a suggestion to change the counter speeds for reloads, just animation speeds.
