1 capture rate = 1x
2 capture rate = 1.5x
3 capture rate = 1.833...x
4 capture rate = 2.0833...x
for payload it's linear
1 capture rate = 50 hammer units/second
2 capture rate = 70 hu/s
3 capture rate = 90 hu/s (can't go faster than this)
