Bloodpump is a secondary weapon for the Medic, a medigun made of a jar and a vacuum. It's main gimmick is to suck blood from enemies (-25% ray distance when attached to an enemy, of course) instead of ordinary "infinite" healing. Has 150% faster healing rate, overheal cap is buffed to a whopping 450%. When attached a ray on the enemy, takes 20 health points per second, each health point taken from the enemy is filling the blood storage. You can store up to 1000 health points at once! (good luck getting so many) However, here's the catch: you can't give ANY overheal unless ubered. Overheal drains 2 times faster.
You HAVE to hold left click when used on an enemy even if you have auto-heal on.
Your cursor must aim at the enemy. Otherwise, ray disconnects.
Uber
Can only be used when 100%.
Charges only when sucking blood from enemies. Getting to 300 hp in blood storage gives you full uber.
On use, quickly drains all the percentage in just 2 seconds.
When used on the enemy, increases the damage to 130 per second (again, this is just for 2 seconds!), meaning that your fellow scout AND a heavy will probably die miserably.
When used on a teammate, injects all health points into them, including the overheal! If the teammate is fully overhealed and can't go any further, stops the ubercharge and blood drain, keeping them for later.
When used alone, heals you in the same fashion it would be with your teammate.
This exists mainly for battle medics, who still want to prioritize survivability over krits yet kill like usual.
Steal blood, give it to your team, charge uber, make a chad with 1450 hp, steal blood again.
