The blind doesn't last for longer than 1-2 seconds, but it should be enough to disorient your enemy and escape. Doesn't work on ubered targets and enemies need to be reasonably close to you (at least 10 meters or closer, the closer they are the stronger the flash effect is)
This can serve as an alternative because sudden flashing lights aren't for everyone
