make it a cartoon bomb that demoman holds by its fuse and swings like a flail
nuke on a stick
Take a bit from the Shahanshah and make it do less damage when over 50% health
when under 50% make it explode
How about this
When weapon is active:
+25% increased melee range
Causes an explosion when health <50% of max
-25% damage penalty
-90% less healing from Medic sources
-90% percent seems like a very big downside but I think you got that I got the idea from the old Equalizer. Maybe like 50 or 60 percent would be more prefferable. Explosion wise I thought it would explode scaling by how much health you were missing.
