I hate weapons thar just remove tools for passive buffs
weapon good or bad?(we don't rate like "i hate weapon like it") balanced or no
Fighting a heavy with a pocket would be absolutely game ruining
this just makes heavy tankier than he already is

Making heavy 30% harder to kill for 4 classes
And 15% harder for 2 classes
While removing his biggest counter (sniper) and making him omega buff with medic
And it being a boring weapon design wise is not a good idea

it is a passive, you don't have to input anything to activated it
hell, Soldier already has a 40% Passive reduction to his own Blast jumps by default. the Gunboats just add more on top. (multiplicatively, not additionally, so no, it's not 100%)
actually on that note, did his passive resist adopt the change to it that made it only for rocket jumps?

should be, it gets cancelled out when he hits another player with the same blast (same to the gunboats) so it seems to only be for when he jumps with his own rockets.
