I’ll take a peak later tonight
Thank you. I’ll be at pinball league but I’ll look over the thread when I get home.
whats your cfn in this set; neither matches the one in your discord profile
ColourTelevision is my CFN. I’m the Guile.
I'll have to look again then, that replay brought up a ken mirror
This is the replay in question.
OK ill peak at it in a bit
So the biggest question I have is why you want to jump at your opponent so much. With Guile's toolkit, you can largely just get the life lead (either by a blocked fireball, an anti air, etc) and then in neutral just lame it out. You don't have to take the risk of jumping at an opponent, possibly getting anti aired and knocked down, then pressured etc.
You should want to keep the fight in the neutral as much as you can, then focus on poking the opponent to prevent him walking/dashing in and anti airing him to prevent him from jumping in
this is the simple gameplan you wanna stick to, as it relies on your characters strengths (Guile's pokes with Sonic Boom and cLP make him really hard to walk in on)
Yeah, just a bad habit. Grown from impatience I think. I’m no good at the poking game so I end up getting walked into the corner a lot in general.
