I would try and neaten it up. You have the right idea but it just looks messy.

Also try make the eyes bigger.

I haven’t drawn for months now but I’ll show you some of mine for reference of what I mean

Try make the hair more focalised and bigger do it separate from the head. What I used to do is do the head shape then on another layer I would do the main hair piece and enlarge it I would then add smaller pieces around it de centralising the head and making it fall back into the hair. For the shadows if you are gonna do it then add a small opacity layer under your black lines but over the skin. Also try make the body bigger. This isn’t a good example because the shoulders are off but you get the idea.

I suggest practicing tracing to build muscle memory then when you have done that make a layer under the outline of ur drawing for the colours , do a little shading, rinse and repeat and you'll get better in no time oh and tutorials helps
