I’m writing a story for my game, how does this description for a tribe in the game sound?

Long before the war, there was once a tribe of rogue dragons, No one knows how but they made a truce with the living woods. The dragons would protect the land from intruders, why the living woods would provide the dragons food shelter and weapons. Little is none about the living woods along side the rouge dragons but one thing is clear, that truce still holds up to this very day.
