but here's how i'd fix it, when you're looking forward from the side perspective, your iris will be at the very side you're staring towards, so no eye white should be visible in the front of the eye and it's a little curved on the outer facing edge

Alr the body for this one is ok the waist looks kinda thin at that one point the chest is not in correct place as i see by the shading on the shirt the neck is also kinda thin i would suggest to remove one of the lines in the neck, the face chin is also not that squarish for women i think it shuld have a small sharp point, and the eyes arent in correct position u also shuld align the ear depending on that, the nose is quite small if u increase the size of the nose it will look a bit decent but the shading is good, and at last the part of the hands looks a bit too thick,the biceps shuld be a bit bigger than that arm, and the hands are looking kinda weird going in the hair,sorry for lo g paragraph u dont need to chnge anything now these are just some tips to fix the small errors
