go to wallpapers, and search head and click the one with a black background and import ur skin into it. Now i crop it with any background remover app. Then i go to ibis paint x and add the white lighting thingy. When im done i save it and go back to background remover and remove the background. Now thats done i go to browser and just search up a good background. When thats done i go to picsart and import the background, i crop it to square size and click apply. Now i click effects and add radial blur and click apply. Then just add the head and and add shadow and but i make the shadow color white so it looks like glow effect. Finally i hit the plus in the left bottom part and i click sticker and search smoke and pick the one u like and just adjust it, click the two thingys on the top right and click move down and ur done! Hope u understand @zenith spear
