Tbh there is a lot of content on yt about it I should think, but it isn't just about "oo colour look good with this colour" like knowing colour theory and harmony is almost fundamental to texture creation + asset design. But honestly, I don't recommend you try to master anyone else's style, focus on yourself, but that's just my opinion
