hey i am going to make an anime, im saving up for a drawing tablet but till then does anyone know any drawing apps on an apple phone or crome book

that can have over 22 min of video

i know that android and ipad users use an app called flipaclip-- although its not free as you can only animate with three layers, watermark, and etc; and from what i've heard i think they added a limited time over how long the video can last, i'm not sure what it is exactly as i have an older version where i can pretty much animate as long as i want to

i know there's a few phone users that use the app as it can be pretty difficult at first with the small screen but they can improve over time-- but in the meantime its the only app that i can think of suggesting while you save up

i'm pretty sure there are some other good apps out there

Hue shifting is also fine

I do both depends on the situation

Cooler colors work better imo when darkening but warms work best with hueshift
