I assume you have the eyes in groups nested inside the head group. But Minecraft doesn't treat those groups as a part of the head. I don't think there's a solid way to fix this in Blockbench, but as far as I'm aware, it IS possible to rotate cubes in legacy models — Blockbench just doesn't support it for some reason.

You should probably train more. I assume you use blender, right?

First one is too noisy
Second one has interpolation issues. Skin and pickaxe are blurry, which happens when interpolation is set to linear, and not "closest"

Also both renders basically have no lighting, only ambient lighting from environment. That makes images look flat.

My suggestions:

• Try making background not via environment, but with separate layer or in different program. I usually use studio-like backdrop plane. It places character in scene better
• Play with lighting. Read some topics or watch some videos about placing lights in scene and good composition.
• Try to firstly train to do stuff and then drop some goods in art channels. Not that I say you made horrible job, more like, art channels are mostly for complete artworks, and this stuff is kinda low quality

most ai models cannot yet comprehend a user wanting a low-res image; the only thing you can do with this is open it as a reference image in a skin editor and copy it over as best you can. it will look terrible no matter what you do though, because no ai knows how to properly map skins.

You can import it just like a normal skin. If it’s not working, try toggling off the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option in your settings. If you’re looking to make one yourself, I’d recommend using Blockbench or the HD Skins Editor by Crone (if you're on mobile).
