Blockbench is really good but is slightly more complicated,
Theres probably simpler ones like Skindex, or Planet Minecraft(idk how that one works) give those a try 🤷

In the most recent update, it uses GDK, no longer UWP. I've not been on a Windows device in a while now, so I wouldn't be able to help you with that, sorry. If you're on an older version, you should most definitely be able to find some videos online.

Hey!! as Zane said above, Minecraft no longer uses developer software UWP. as of release v1.21.120 Minecraft now uses a new developer software GDK which improves performance and such! During this move, the Minecraft installation folder has been moved for much more easier access which is located in %appdata% (AppData > Roaming). In there you'll see the folder Minecraft Bedrock which includes many folders in the previous UWP file, just everything has been moved around.

If you're trying to locate resource packs, etc, you may open the Users folder Shared > games > com.mojang which includes all resource, behaviour pack related files.

If you're trying to locate worlds, skin, screenshots, etc, you may open the #num (should display a lot of numbers !!DO NOT SHARE THIS!!) > games > com.mojang
#num isn't part of the folders name I just put it there for display haha

I won't help with this as it's a pirated skin. But it doesn't matter which version the skin texture is used on, as the UV of the skin models are identical. Skins 'from' Bedrock are just as functional on Java — Of course with the exception of a different geometry.
