it depends on who you’re fighting. For example you’re gonna improve more if you fight good ppl on Hive than if u beat up on bots on Zeqa ffa. Zeqa has good practice modes like clutch practice which definitely can help. To improve on Hive either fight good players in CS’s or solo q sweat snipe (I’ve been almost doing this exclusively recently it’s pretty much where u re q on squads until u run into a squad of prestige’s or ppl yk are good and try to beat them in a 1v4 and its sm fun)
