A non-topic evaluation item in the hotbar.
It has often happened that people have just built something that doesn't fit the topic. I don't think it's a rule break. But that would be cool.

I play there all the time and so many people vote meh’s on the good ones or on all of the builds, just to win. It’s so annoying >_<

and add a cap to the max points possible awarded
so if someone only votes meh, they would be voting the equivalent of good
but if they only vote meh except for one single build where they vote love, the build where they vote love would be capped

all the 2s turn into 4 and 1 into 2

those arrays are the votes of a person that they give to multiple builds, not the votes of all the people on one build
this [2, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1] means all the votes that one person give in a game
not the votes on one build
so you're not taking the average of the votes on one build, that would be dumb you're right
but you're scaling based on each person
