How can I find servers with actual fair builders

theoretically if you play solos youre more likely to get 11 people voting unfairly and youre the only one fairly voting, while duos its a lot rarer to get like 23 unfair voters

the reason why people spam 1* is that it barely boosts their chance of winning for this reason but there should be a penalty for too many 1* votes

i could probably use my build battle data to see if i can get a better visualisation of this tbh
