I built it for the contest. This construction objectively has nothing complicated, it catches the eye mainly by the beautiful combination of blocks. And also from the back there is nothing and only this side is made.

a few things u could improve:

• surroundings (rly big wave (maybe over the head of the surfer?), beach, palms, etc.
  if ur surroundings are good the build looks much more completed:)
• usually I wouldn’t choose glass as the floor (only for the wave)
• arms are a bit to big in my opinion (in this channel are a lot of figures like this tho, u will surely find a few references to improve!
  Hope u can improve a bit with this tips:) just saying, this is not the only way to build good- just mine:)

Ponty makes up for my lack of cps by filling in the parts that take me more time while I can work on organics or the main large details of the build, but he's still working on the amount of holes he leaves in the build afterwards and some pretty big shaping errors that sometimes take a lot of time to fix.

Our CPS is similar when I'm on controller but it still isn't worth it since I can do different stuff for the build that Ponty hasn't learned or gotten professional at yet, for example palm trees or the main parts of a Viking ship. We just split up and do what we are best at.

Although I have been switching back and forth mid game to kbm so I can try and get faster too, its working well and I'm able to go very fast when I do that... but the issue is it makes organics look messy, it makes a lot of things looks sloppy if I don't do it right, so I'm still balancing it.

Overall good for the both of us, and I think by the time he maxes I'll be able to use a kbm without much thought and he will know how to make a spherical shape correctly. I'm excited to see what we could do in a 10 or even 15.
