personally, if you get bad teammate and they build innapropriately, id just tell them to stop. if that doesnt work, Id just resort to griefing their build.
and then i leave when theres 5 seconds left.
luckily, people who build inappropriately tend to be extremely slow at building, therefore griefing is easy and you can save peoples eyes in voting.
although this isnt the standard way its real satisfying
if they are REALLY slow, i can just build the whole build by myself, and then delete their tiny little thing at the end.

if they are fast, do you best then leave. but this has never happened before to me so dont count on it
