you can use the command /report or the blaze powder in your inventory while you're dead/spectating, select a player's name and choose the reason 'Illegal Teaming.' you'll then have the option to select other players that they were teaming with as well :) if you aren't in the game anymore and you haven't relogged, you can use the command /recentreplays, find the game they were in and report from there
