Trust me I know what it's like. I play on controller and yet I am one of the fastest looters. Do not look to cheating, looting chests is easy even for console players. What you need are the right settings and experience. There is a separate sensitivity rating for when your cursor is in chests, work to have that at max and get accurate with your speed.
