I think the best way to fix this is to make maps with more water for the following reasons:
-Lily pad parkour will often mess up the runner causing a fight
-chaser may mess up and then quit chasing
Runner has an avantage if he wants to fight since he will be lower in water since he entered first, encouraging fighting rather than running
