I have a lot of suggestions on how to get around these annoying guys so here:

once you see an obvious pair of teamers while you try and shoot them, I suggest running away and getting speed and shoot the murderer from far away so the teamer may not reach you.
you can also try and shoot the murderer from behind so they won’t even notice you.
learn how to immediately shoot someone as soon your target has been locked. This tip is extremely important, as it gives less time for the murderer to react when they see you. Or maybe not react at all.

this works so long as it's unintelligient teamers, as time goes on they may start learning your habits, so creating tactics will make things harder for them
