It’s not immediately clear if someone’s targeting or not, especially if you’re an observer more than the target. It’s never crystal clear if someone shot the high level guy by accident/thinking it’s the murd or they’re legitimately targeting

Sometimes it’s immediately obvious when they’re crouching and uncrounching at them/you in the lobby and get shot by that same person. Or if they speak about it in chat like a nuisance.

Seriously man, there needs to be a form of filter to separate the bad players and players who know what they’re doing. Unlike other games, when someone is terrible at a game, other people can take advantage of it. In sw, the noobs get killed easily, same for tw and sg. In dr, either the death is bad and everyone finished early, or the deaths bully the noobs. In just build, they should be given a meh. In hide and seek, you can bully the seeker if they’re bad and you can kill players easily as a seeker if they’re bad.

However, in murder mystery, if the murderer is bad, there’s nothing you can do about it. You just have to hope they reveal their sword and the most you could do is just sus someone based off of their movement. It can get extremely boring and the game is literally a massive gamble whether the murderer is some 9 year old on their mom’s iPhone or they’re actually good at what they’re doing.

I can definitely see why people don’t really give attention towards this game. No average person would be playing a game where you practically do nothing except retrieve coins. It’s one of the reasons my friend quit aswell.

Also referring to the first thing I said, some form of separation system where lvl 10 players play with ppl the same colour and lvl 50 players play with ppl the same colour etc. would be extremely helpful and would help filtering bad players out. Of course, it would be a good idea to make the “ranked” mm optional.

As a level 97 and the best murder mystery player ever. Here's my fav map ranking.
Best for Sheriff: Toy House. [Reason: Good for killing the murderer, easy to remember coin spots, long speed boost and easy to get god spots for hiding.]
Best for Murderer: Office. [Reason: BEST MAP for being the murderer NO DOUBTS. I would like to split the map into 2 sections. One is the death corridor which I kill everyone there. ALSO best map for getting most coins world record. Easy to remember coin spots.]
I would say Toy House is my most fav map, because I am a god at killing the murderer :)
Edit: oh and I forgot to say both maps are the smallest out of all of the maps that's why it's easy to navigate
