I wonder what the upcoming murder mystery update will include? It's been heavily implied that we won't be receiving an assassins mode since, as one of the devs pointed out it doesn't get many players on other servers. I can't imagine many gameplay changes that can be made without jeopardizing the simplicity of the game, besides getting an arrow for every 10 coins rather than just one arrow for the first 10 coins, and maybe achievements. It will obviously include new maps, and potentially new modes such as an infection type mode, but beyond that I just can't see that many new features that can be added to the game.

It will most likely add some new items, features, and improvements. The game cap is high enough at 100. The Treasure Wars update got a new map in each mode and several new items and game updates that made it better dramatically. Same thing with Death Run, there was a content update with new features. The games will always have the same idea and basics, the content updates are updating what is already there. Yes there can be many new games they can add such as infection and assassins and it would be great but they don't add certain ideas because they want the game to be successful and last for a long time.

Winning as murderer is pretty easy you wait til you find a small group of players follow them take out the last in line and keep doing up the line...... or i just find a sherif (since usually the sherif flexes the bow) then i murder them and camp at the bow all other players try get it win but i just murder them

Ah. If you're innocent, you try to hide from the murderer, collect coins, and figure out who the murderer is. Once you get 10 coins as an innocent, you get a 1 shot bow, which can be used to kill the murderer. If you're murderer, try to kill all of the innocents. The sword will kill them, and the nether star can be used to throw a projectile to kill them. You also need to not get caught. The sherrif starts off with a bow with infinite shots, but a cooldown, and must find the murderer and shoot the murderer. If you shoot an innocent as sherrif or with a one shot bow as innocent, you die
