what I do is, you know the large bush covered area next to a teleporter, lets say you ran from the well, you can go past the teleporter and go to the bush area, (make sure to go in 3rd person so you can actually see the murderer) if the murderer decides to follow you the entire way, you can escape through the hidden leaves, if the murderer tries to cut you off, you can just go to the teleporter and you'll have alot of distance
