it seems to be favored for the innocent team, knowing the armory key hunt, and unlocking such will arm all innocents with zappers. maybe a counter for such is ambushing the armory perhaps, and not let one obtain the zapper. the floodgates only block the lower section, but has a chance of catching some unfortunate innocents off guard
