It is what it is. Players will camp hat, and pretty sure there isn’t really much you can do about that unless by getting a one shot bow and shooting them or having a the perfect time to grab the hat. Teamers can get report so report the 2 or more players that are teaming in game.

so unfortunately there's going to be some flaws because the entire game hinges on player action which introduces human error

people have bias, people cheat, people team, people are just really stupid...

you can't eliminate that without eliminating by necessity the learning curve that creates new players and, in turn, new professionals in the first place
