You need to generate two maps.

First you need to generate a map with the Replay Cinema in the fish tank of the map (room with a couch and fishtank), locate the library and enter your username in Alphabetical Order. You will be told that the QCSI will be keeping in touch with you.

After completing this, the map variant no longer will serv a purpose. You now need to find a map variant with a fishtank like before with a solid wall, this time head to the Washroom and use the Wave Emote in the middle front of the ice mirror. If this map variant is correct, the ice will break and to the left room the costume will be in a box.

Note that there is only one box per map, so it's first come first serve.

and there are these wells that you can get armour from and various effects

in those wells the murderer can affect blindness to all the innocent’s temporarily

and there are two sections of the map accessible to each other by a teleporter

that’s about it for fairy garden
