When you grind for 100 levels in MM for its unlocks you can at least use them in the game, as I mentioned it wouldn't make sense to grind for 100 MM levels to use them in SG for example.

Also as Starr technically mentioned, prestiging would not only remove the unlocks from one game only but from all games you play which might be very frustrating :)

Losing unlocks is frustrating in general, saying that it is frustrating on all gamemodes is the same if it wasnt all gamemodes, so thank you for admitting that.

And like you said when prestige came out, you dont have to get the unlocks if you dont want to grind the other levels

When you prestige in MM you actively go for the goal to grind it again, but losing unlocks outside of the game you prestiged in isn't really fair.

Global unlocks simply don't work on The Hive. Sure, it works on CubeCraft and Galaxite for example, but those servers don't have game-specific levels and you either get the unlocks by leveling up on the network or purchasing the items ^^

Crossgame content has nothing to do with levels, you can literally implement it to levels and would have the same impact as putting it behind a paywall
