A tip if youre learning them
Use a tp that makes leaves largely different
Then after some time switch back to one where leaves are more or less the same
It helps you learn where the leaves are and switching back forces you to rely off memory and layout rather than their large difference

I don't think I've ever come across any cheats that tell you where hiders are
I believe most hacks tend to use player hitboxes to see where others are, but when someone hides, the game kinda gets rid of their player hit box entirely.
That may be why seekers can't harm hidden hiders unless they "mine" the block hiders are using to hide rather than attacking an entity
But that's just a theory

you can use tracer, esp, radar, etc and it wouldn't work for hiders, which is a good thing so good job to hive devs for finding a way to make such hacks useless
