Sounds like something I would do
Maybe try to find better hiding spots. A lot of people memorise the map, so they might just notice almost every block. What I suggest is that you should go to places that are hard to get to, it can be smth like parkour, clutch(?) and other things, probably like,, a really high shelf or smth?? I highly recommend this since : Seekers will have trouble getting to it, if they fall, they need to go all the way again. amd if they get to you, you can easily just punch them off lol. You can also hide in dark places. 👀

of course, once I figure out how to get stone consistantly I'll be the best player ever on both those maps

Here they are:

The first one is kinda hard to get to but its very easy to not die as getting there is harder than you think

The 2nd is what i used the most and i was rarely caught, the third is nice and hidden cause the dark, but if someone has like custom stuff its kinda obvious

Goldrush:

The 5th one i suggest using as birch planks

But the rest anvil is fine

I use the 5th one most as with birch the woods kinda blend in alright and youre not noticed easily as alot of seekers dont tend to look up

The 3rd one might look obvious but i used to main that spot when i was hider main and i was caught there way less than i should have been

Crosshairs was very strange at first but I’m getting used to it now, my aim is slightly improving but it’s taken me a while. It’s still horrid but not as horrid as when I first tried split screen :>

instead of: face the person, hit a bunch, aim again, hit a bunch, aim again, hit a bunch

also (and more importantly imo), on murder u can run past powerups and use them without having to actually face the powerup, which saves SO much time when ur being chased by the murderer and its a speed pot (toy house for example, doing loops. also museum doing loops)
