Seeker behaviour kinda varies from people to people, but going for easy targets is a pretty common behaviour. Some seekers stick to chasing one hider at a time, and others change targets depending on whoever's closest to them. It's funny finding seekers who chase one hider at a time because you can stand in their line of sight for a solid 10 seconds and they won't even bat an eyelid

In my experience, there has never been a "god spot" in hospital

I've tried that spot a couple of times before and I will say, it's among the better spots.

But, in games where the seeker count is 8+ before the timer hits 3 minutes, things usually don't go well for the hiders on that map

Nono it's the room right next to spawn, there's a staircase with a 90 degree angle and then there's a huge table with slabs n doors around it acting as chairs, you have to open the door and then open the trapdoor to jump up onto it, it's complex to explain but it's like 7 blocks off the ground so good when noob seekers are playing

The roof spot is a classic, and even regular players go up there. When they climb the ladder you jump off the side and run into the entrance room, once they get up the ladder and onto the roof you wait under the ladder until they leave and they won't go back to check that spot anymore
