I don't think devices are to blame. You can change settings / controls to be as optimal as possible, plus if you play that platform for thousands of hours it will definitely help.

Since I've played mc on my computer for probably tens of thousandths of hours at this stage I'm pretty decent at it, whereas I'm not as good on xbox or mobile because I don't have much experience.
